About
Hi, my name is Mallory.
I have been passionate about integrative medicine for many years, as I believe in the power of blending modalities for optimal, individualized healing. I find my own peace through blending various elements such as music, yoga, meditation, time in nature, and caring for animals.
I have been an Ayurvedic health consultant and Yoga instructor for 10 years and through this was empowered to study and practice psychotherapy as a way to directly support individuals in finding their own, inherent healing potential. I have come to understand how relationships can support us to be better versions of ourselves through increased understanding of our needs, boundaries and gifts.
I also take a feminist, liberation perspective - meaning I always consider the wider social, cultural, political, and spiritual reality of my clients. Additionally, I strive to support others as they consider the patterns of privilege and oppression within the context of their experiences.
I use psychoanalytic principles to help others understand their patterns of being and relating that were laid in early life.
I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the California Institute of Integral Studies in Integrative Counseling Psychology.

carried by the surprise of its own unfolding.”
